WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide a fantastic shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Maintain your assigned sales floor zone to meet our high visual standards. Operate the register - utilizing your fandom expertise to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including the store map, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion and music trend insights to management and HQ partners. Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of merchandise. Support the organization of the stock room and keep the store neat and tidy. Work as a team with your colleagues to achieve store goals and complete assigned tasks. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Previous retail experience and a passion for music and pop culture. Exceptional customer service and selling skills. Must be at least 16 years of age. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
