Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers warmly and providing product assistance. Proactively resolving customer issues in a busy retail space. Meeting shopper needs by assisting with various channels for a top-notch experience. Handling point of sale transactions efficiently. Completing floor replenishment and shipment duties as needed. Communicating current promotions and brand loyalty programs to customers. Minimizing store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe environment. We are looking for candidates who have: A positive, solution-focused attitude. Strong customer service and engagement skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. The capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Standing or walking for extended periods and climbing ladders as needed. Availability for scheduling that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
