About the Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Associate, where you will excel in providing outstanding customer service at the point of sale while ensuring operational efficiency. Your focus will be on delivering swift service transactions while creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with their product and service needs. Efficiently operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods. Deliver courteous and rapid service that meets or exceeds our customer service standards. Achieve individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory accuracy through meticulous execution of point of sale practices. Assist in training new service team members by sharing best practices and proper procedures. Participate in daily service operations, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
