Position Overview: A successful Seasonal Retail Associate strives to deliver a WOW! experience for every customer. What You'll Do: Gain deep knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to provide friendly, solution-oriented service. Personalize service in every interaction, from greeting to fitting room and checkout. Communicate effectively regarding promotions and sales. Capture customer emails to enhance service and sales performance. Proactively address customer concerns and provide positive resolutions. Answer calls in a friendly manner, providing greetings, directions, and assistance with orders. Assist with receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise. Uphold high standards for merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness, ensuring the sales floor is always ready for customers. Accurately process all transactions at the register. Follow all company policies and procedures diligently. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer focus and teamwork orientation. Pride in delivering quality work and owning responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness. Excellent communication and listening skills. Collaborative spirit and a willingness to take on extra tasks. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting, with lifting up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Capability to climb ladders and perform tasks requiring flexibility. Work environment varies between 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stock rooms. Use of a computer for up to 60% of the workday.
