About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service at our point of sale while maintaining operational efficiency. Your focus will be on providing fast and friendly service that leaves customers satisfied. What You'll Do Warmly engage customers by greeting them and assisting with their product and service needs. Efficiently operate the cash register, scan items, prepare merchandise for bags, and manage various payment processes. Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory management by accurately completing all required point of sale and merchandise tasking procedures. Play a vital role in training new hires, sharing best practices in customer service and point of sale operations.
