Position Details: Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour (includes a seasonal premium of $2.00 per hour for work between May 26, 2025, and September 7, 2025) Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.00 Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members and share relevant information with your direct leader. Uphold the security and confidentiality of area documents and data. Perform cashier duties, including processing customer purchases, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking merchandise. Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock for accuracy while adhering to cash policies to minimize losses. For stock associate duties, properly stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and maintain organized displays according to merchandising guidelines. Ensure safety when operating machinery and follow all safety protocols. Physical Demands: This role involves a mix of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the store. Stock associates should be able to handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain cleanliness according to company standards. Strong verbal communication and time management skills. Capability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred. Additional Requirements: Cashiers must operate registers efficiently and follow policies for selling alcoholic beverages.
