If you're eager to grow your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! We are hiring cooks of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced positions. You'll have the chance to work at various cooking stations, including grill, fryer, sauté, and expo. Banquet and pastry experience is a bonus. Whether you're following recipes or collaborating with a team, your mission will be to delight our guests with exceptional dishes. Key Responsibilities
Prepare meals for restaurant and banquet services under supervision. Maintain quality and production standards in high-volume settings. Adhere to ongoing sanitation and cost control practices. Organize your work station for optimal efficiency and cleanliness. Knowledge of proper food storage and labeling techniques. Complete required food handling and allergen training. Communicate any equipment issues promptly. Contribute to a safe and supportive kitchen environment. Qualifications
Minimum age of 16 for Cook 1; 18 for Cook 2-4. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking. Previous experience varies by cook level; training is available for entry-level candidates. Must complete food handling and allergen training within 14 days of employment. Compensation The pay for this position ranges from $19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package tailored to support your needs.
