A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide FMLA leave coverage in a K-12 educational setting located in Chandler, AZ. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students communication development across a diverse age range within a collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible Licensure or certification to practice as an SLP in a school setting Experience working with children in a K-12 educational environment preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and team members Knowledge of educational laws and regulations related to speech-language services, including FMLA procedures This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week under a contract to cover a family medical leave absence.
