A contract position is available for a School Psychologist to support elementary (K-5) and early childhood (PK) programs in Center Line, MI. This part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week during the school year, focuses on completing evaluations, METs, REEDs, and attending IEP meetings to support student success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary and early childhood students. Complete MET (Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team) and REED (Review of Existing Evaluation Data) reports in a timely and thorough manner. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and other support staff. Provide consultation and recommendations to enhance student learning and development. Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working with K-5 and early childhood populations. Strong knowledge of evaluation processes and special education regulations. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently within a busy school environment.
