Physical Requirements Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs. Operate a telephone. Perform repetitive motions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in daily operations. Take responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager. Coach, train, and develop store employees. Maintain excellent customer, donor, and community relations. Coordinate shift change meetings in the absence of the Store Manager. Supervise staff to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Train new personnel on store policies and procedures.
