Job Description
Position Purpose: To serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, claims and complaints. Providing support for the sales team as available.

Primary Role Expectations:
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Acquire all necessary information from the customer for a claim (i.e. Sales Order, Sales Rep, etc.).
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
• Enter customer credits.
• Research and discuss discrepancies with appropriate department(s).
• Manage and research open orders.
• Become acquainted and proficient with post frame and shed construction methods.
• Become acquainted and proficient with our price book.
• Become acquainted and proficient with our various product lines.
• Become acquainted and proficient with our software.
• Help enter Sales Orders when available.
• File claims when defective products are discovered.
• Receiving for special order products.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Qualifications:
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
• Strong phone skills.
• Great customer service skills are a must!
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Experience with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and use ERP systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of related customer-facing experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Walking, standing, sitting for long periods, climbing, squatting, bending, lifting, and kneeling are all required physical aspects of the job.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hourly w/overtime – based on experience.
• Weekly pay
Schedule:
• 8-hour shift during current Hixwood hours, generally 6:30am – 4:30pm w/ occasional Saturday mornings.
