Sales Support Specialist VIAJP00001372 Hourly pay: $27/hrWorksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036 - Hybrid, Must be 3 days onsite (Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays - Subject to change as business needs change))W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extensionA leading digital streaming network seeks a Sales Support Specialist.The successful candidate will assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts.Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system, Wide Orbit.Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic, as well as commercial separation.Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions, working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full.Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies.Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:1+ years of relevant experience.A college degree.Experience in hospitality, either in a sales capacity or marketing marketing-related area.Entertainment/media experience is a plus.Excel experience (basic filters, simple formulas, sorting, simple analysis, updating data charts and details, and data entry).Heavy training for a proprietary environment.Shift:9:30 am to 6 pm Eastern Time office hours.Possible over time, depending on certain project deliverables.
