JOB SUMMARY We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Sales Team (Booking Team). As an In-office Sales & Booking specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound inquiries, delivering accurate estimates, and securing bookings during the initial interaction, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. Provide professional and accurate move consultations. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings on the first call. Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications. Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses. Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving, and effectively oppose any customer objections. Respond to ETA requests, complaints, and general service questions. Follow up on open leads quickly (within 10 mins for new leads). Accurately record customer and job details in the system. Collaborate with the admin and operations team for smooth job handoffs. Consistently meet or exceed booking targets Booking rate : 50% + of calls booked. Call speed : 80% of calls answered within 10 rings.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven sales experience (Phone sales experience preferred) Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) Strong communication and persuasion skills. Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills Ability to handle objections and close the sale. Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the College HUNKS core values Comfortable using computers and CRM systems Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Must work in-office
