About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented salesperson to support our kiosk operations by assisting users with downloading theWorldApp and completing their verification. Your goal is to approach, engage, and verify users—convincing them to download OUR App and complete their verification process using ourOrb device—a fast, secure, and privacy-focused device to prove they're real humans online. This is a high-impact, face-to-face sales role where your ability to spark curiosity and close with confidence directly drives results. Previous experience interacting directly with customers at the point of sale is a big plus, especially in high-traffic environments like malls. Your energy, confidence, and ability to handle objections will directly impact both your performance and your earnings. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with mall visitors near and around the booth to initiate conversations and convert interest into verified users. Encourage app downloads and ensure users complete the verification flow with professionalism and ease Clearly explain what the APP is, the value of having aWorld ID, and how theOrb verification process works. Spark curiosity and interest inWorld through authentic, high-energy conversation with a strong call to action. Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and persuasive communication. Meet daily performance goals and track conversions, providing insights and feedback from the field to improve outreach strategies. Who You Are Previous experience interacting directly with customers at the point of sale in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles— especially in high-traffic environments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable—with a mindset focused on performance and impact. Naturally charismatic, outgoing, and confident approaching people in public. Well-groomed and presentable, with a polished and positive demeanor. Comfortable pitching a product, handling objections, and closing interactions with a clear next step. Quick on your feet, persuasive, and able to explain complex ideas in simple terms that drive action.
