Your Role As a part-time Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in inspiring and guiding our boutique associates to create memorable experiences for our guests and drive store success. You'll also manage essential operational tasks, including boutique openings and closings. Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to work independently. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Excellent multitasking abilities and skill in balancing various priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet boutique needs. Physical Requirements Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, involving repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
