Qualified Candidates:
Successful candidates are those who exude confidence and a sincere desire to bring positive energy to clients and coworkers
Can multitask and use critical thinking and math skills in a fast paced atmosphere
Have great people skills and can quickly establish positive relationships with guests
Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Are unflappable in the face of a customer complaint with the ability to de-escalate situations
Can work independently without supervision while still maintaining excellence in clinic operations and customer service
Have experience with a variety of computer software and can quickly learn how to use a robust point-of-sale system
Day-to-Day:
Ensure that EVERY client has a positive experience
Prioritize new guests and selling the Wellness Membership to every guest (membership sales is required)
Provide outstanding customer service
Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on customer goals
Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
Follow daily cleaning and infection control procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly
