What You’ll Do:
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretching services.
Build lasting relationships with members and guests to grow and maintain a loyal client base.
Recommend and sell retail products that enhance and prolong service results.
Enroll clients in the Massage Envy Wellness Program and schedule future appointments.
Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive hourly pay: $16.50 – $18.00/hr plus commissions on every membership , paid biweekly , and monthly team-based bonuses .

Who You Are:
Proven track record in sales with measurable results.
Skilled at building relationships, influencing, and closing deals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, manage priorities, and think critically.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to achieving top performance.
18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
