Marine Corps Community Services Job Opportunity Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. MCCS supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. Responsibilities include providing advanced product knowledge, educated recommendations, and Dress Blue Experience to all customers throughout the Marine Corps Exchange shopping experience. You will be responsible for meeting personal and department sales goals, coaching sales associates on product knowledge, and ensuring all sales, ad, and promotional items are signed and placed according to brand standards. You may also be scheduled at the checkout, other department sales areas, specialty categories, or customer service desk for coverage. Additionally, you will work with the Sales Manager to achieve daily and weekly sales goals, assist in planning and executing corporate sales programs, promotions, and events, and encourage team members to resolve customer problems and concerns. This position requires at least one year of experience working in customer sales, demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques, and the ability to train and coach others. Attention to detail and replenishment and merchandise management knowledge are preferred. The role is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
