All bonus and pay programs are subject to certain qualifications. As a key member of the Spirit Halloween brand, you'll play an essential role in supporting the Store Management Team with various responsibilities, including: Assisting in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store. Merchandising and maintaining store displays to attract customers. Providing top-notch guest service in line with company standards. Driving sales through engaging merchandising and friendly assistance. Handling pricing, signing, and operating the POS system efficiently. Implementing loss prevention strategies to protect store assets. The ideal candidate should be at least 16 years of age and prepared for physical demands which may include climbing ladders, lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds , and standing or walking for up to 8 hours .
