Brand: Spirit Halloween Your role as a Sales Associate is essential in supporting our Store Management Team with the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent Guest Services in line with Company Standards, while also helping to drive sales through various tasks including sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. To be part of our team, you must be at least 16 years old. The job requires physical strength and endurance, as you'll need to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
