Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary goal is to transform store guests into loyal customers. You will be the guiding force as guests enter the store, providing inspiration and expertise about Ashley's home furnishings. Your Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service experiences to all customers and guests. Maintain a welcoming presence at the front desk, engaging with guests in a friendly and respectful manner. Accurately process sales orders and handle cash transactions with care. Assist customers with credit applications and financing, ensuring thorough documentation. Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues as they arise. Participate in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation. Support inventory management and loss prevention measures, including semi-annual inventory checks. Meet and exceed sales goals while aligning with performance standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For: Must be legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old. Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Compensation and Benefits: The minimum annual pay is $22,880 for full-time employees during an initial training period. Following the training, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and incentives without a cap on earnings. Additional performance-based bonuses are also available.
