Your Role: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the driving force in turning store visitors into our loyal customers. You'll guide them through their shopping experience, showcasing our exceptional products with enthusiasm and expertise. Help guests discover styles that resonate with their lives and assist them in designing beautiful spaces they will cherish. What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding customer service that ensures every guest feels valued and appreciated. Maintain a professional presence at the front desk and engage with customers warmly and respectfully. Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols with efficiency. Assist customers with financing options, ensuring all documentation is complete. Resolve customer concerns independently when possible and support store operations including opening, closing, and cash reconciliation. Participate in inventory management and loss prevention measures. Meet and exceed sales targets while aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs). Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. What You Bring: Legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old. Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. A friendly, outgoing personality that thrives on engaging with others. Strong communication skills that motivate and inspire customers to take action. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable attendance and a passion for customer satisfaction. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a $15.00 hourly rate during the first two weeks of training, with opportunities to earn commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives based on your sales performance.
