Your Role Includes: Delivering world-class service that delights our guests. Creating a welcoming experience, engaging with customers, and upholding Ashley's brand image. Efficiently processing sales orders and managing cash handling. Assisting customers with credit applications and documenting sales transactions. Resolving customer concerns independently when possible. Participating in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation. Supporting inventory management and participating in bi-annual inventory checks. Meeting and exceeding sales goals while adhering to performance standards. Completing additional tasks as directed by management. What You Bring: Legally authorized to work in the US. At least 18 years old. Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience. A passion for interacting with others and an outgoing personality. Strong communication skills that prompt action. Excitement for developing and sharing fresh ideas. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to exceptional customer service and reliable attendance.

Compensation: Full-time minimum annualized pay is $31,200 (hourly pay during initial two weeks), plus biweekly incentives based on sales performance, with unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses based on sales goals.
