Your Role Provide an exceptional service experience to every customer, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store. Act as a knowledgeable guide for our guests, inspiring and engaging them with Ashley's unique home furnishings. Process sales orders accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols. Assist customers with financing and credit applications, documenting transactions thoroughly. Resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations. Participate actively in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives. What You Bring Ability to work legally in the US and be at least 18 years old. Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.
