Join the Camping World team as a Sales Associate – Retail, where your customer service expertise will shine! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to provide outstanding service and drive sales in our store. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Lead your department by mentoring and assisting teammates. Promote company programs such as warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist and sell to customers. Help maintain an organized and inviting store appearance, including stocking shelves and performing housekeeping duties. Potential for cross-training in various store roles. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is a plus. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance. Comfortable standing, stooping, crawling, and bending for extended periods. Compensation: Pay ranges from $14.00 to $17.40 hourly.
