Your Role at Ashley As a Sales Associate, you will be pivotal in turning store visitors into loyal customers. Your expertise in home furnishings will inspire and excite our customers, helping them design spaces they love. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to every customer, maintaining a welcoming presence in the store. Process sales transactions accurately, following cash handling protocols. Assist customers with credit applications and financing, carefully documenting transactions. Independently resolve customer concerns whenever possible. Contribute to store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation. Support inventory management procedures and participate in bi-annual inventory checks. Achieve and surpass sales goals in alignment with performance standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. What You Bring: Legally authorized to work in the US. At least 18 years old. Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
