Join our dynamic team at Camping World as a Sales Associate! In this role, you will play a vital part in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring each visitor has a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management. Lead your department while supporting and mentoring colleagues. Promote valuable company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers in their purchases. Help maintain a clean and inviting store environment through stocking and general housekeeping duties. Cross-train to gain experience in various roles as needed. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous retail experience is preferred, showcasing your expertise in sales. Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. A professional demeanor with a strong work ethic. Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, bending, stooping, and crawling. Compensation Overview: The pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $16.53 per hour, influenced by various factors including skills, experience, and business needs. You may also be eligible for variable compensation ranging from $1,000 to $4,000 annually.
