Your Role: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in transforming every store guest into a loyal customer. Your passion for home furnishings will inspire and excite our guests as you help them discover styles that complement their lives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service and maintain a professional atmosphere at the front desk. Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols. Assist customers with credit applications and financing while documenting all transactions. Resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible. Participate in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation. Support inventory management and engage in loss prevention activities. Meet and exceed sales goals by aligning with key performance indicators. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. What You Bring: Must be legally authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old. Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1 year of customer service or sales experience is preferred. You are outgoing, friendly, and enjoy engaging with others. You can communicate effectively in a way that inspires action. You are flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays.
