In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and helping our customers find the perfect camping products. Hourly Compensation: $16/hr + Incentives Weekend availability required. What You'll Do: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Lead and assist in department activities while mentoring your colleagues. Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively sell to customers. Maintain a clean and organized store environment through stocking and housekeeping duties. Be open to cross-training and taking on additional responsibilities. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. What You'll Need: High school education or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, bending, stooping, and crawling. Compensation Details: At Camping World, we base pay on various factors, including experience, skills, and business needs. The expected pay range for this role is $14.00 - $16.53 hourly . This position is also eligible for variable compensation beyond base pay.
