Camping World is excited to expand our team and is in search of a motivated Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer needs are met with the utmost professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Lead and mentor fellow team members while maintaining a positive atmosphere in the department. Promote company initiatives, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Ensure the store remains tidy and visually appealing, which includes stocking and general housekeeping tasks. Be flexible to cross-train and take on various duties as needed. Complete additional tasks as assigned to contribute to overall store success. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred. Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic at all times. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance. Willingness to engage in periods of standing, bending, stooping, and crawling. Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.53.
