You will report to your Store Manager and collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager and other team specialists. What You’ll Do Engage customers by explaining and demonstrating product features, recommending solutions based on their needs. Achieve and exceed goals related to customer experience, sales, and retention. Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the retail store. Handle cash transactions with care and accuracy. Participate in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations. Support team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Continuously learn about current Cox products and services, as well as competitor offerings, through regular training. May need to travel to other store locations within the area. Your earnings combine a base hourly rate of $19.00 plus monthly commissions averaging $1,471. You also get two months of ramp-up time to help you adjust to commission-based earnings. Who You Are Qualifications: Minimum: High School diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to achieve sales, retention, and customer service goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence customer choices through a consultative approach. Skilled in building relationships with a diverse customer base. Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Mobile within the store, engaging customers and demonstrating products. Proficient with computers and quick to learn about our products and services. Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stockroom inventory. Preferred: Some college coursework in sales, business, or management. One year of experience in a related field (e.g., Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service). Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products. Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
