Camping World is looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help customers find the best products while ensuring they enjoy their shopping experience. Your Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to foster a positive environment. Guide and mentor colleagues within your department. Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships, to enhance customer experience. Develop strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Help maintain a well-organized and appealing store, including stocking shelves and general housekeeping duties. Be open to cross-training in various roles as needed. Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the team. What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. A professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a retail schedule. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this role is $14.00-$16.53 per hour.
