This role is not your standard entry-level position; whether you're starting fresh or have years of experience, you can earn between $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus the potential for individual-based commissions up to $16,000 a year for achieving sales targets. Aim higher and go beyond for greater rewards: top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, totaling an impressive annual income of over $65,000 to $73,500+. You’ll need: A high school diploma or GED.
At least one year of relevant work experience or military background.
A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules provided four weeks in advance).
An openness to picking up extra shifts during peak seasons for additional earnings.
Preferred qualifications include: Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
Proven sales experience in understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
Customer service experience.
