Your Role: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for guests entering our store. Your expertise in home furnishings will help transform casual shoppers into loyal customers. You'll inspire enthusiasm about our products and assist customers in creating spaces they will love. What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has an outstanding shopping experience. Engage with visitors in a warm and professional manner, embodying the Ashley brand image. Accurately process sales orders and manage cash handling procedures. Assist customers with credit applications and financing options while documenting sales transactions. Address customer concerns effectively and independently. Participate in store opening/closing activities and support inventory management procedures. Meet and exceed sales targets, adhering to key performance indicators. Complete additional tasks assigned by management with a positive attitude. What You Bring: Authorization to work in the U.S. and must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. An outgoing, friendly personality that thrives on customer interaction. Ability to communicate effectively and inspire action. A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. A commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Reliable attendance and a strong desire to learn and grow. Compensation starts at a minimum annualized pay of $22,880 for full-time employees during the initial two weeks (earning hourly pay). After training, there are opportunities to earn commissions, bonuses, and other incentives based on your sales performance, with no cap on earnings.
