What You’ll Do: - Provide daily oversight of the nursing department to ensure high-quality resident care

- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to meet organizational standards and care objectives

- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and efficient care environment

- Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and monitor their implementation

- Coordinate with other departments to support integrated resident care

- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with state and federal guidelines

Salary: Up to $41/hour based on experience

Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of Ohio

- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)

- CPR certification required

- One year of supervisory experience preferred

- Long-term care experience is a plus

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
