The posted compensation range of $46.76 - $67.80/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with other area supervisors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider.
• Assists in implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with the hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan. Operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines, setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.
• Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.
• Addresses, escalates or resolves unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five-years experience as a RN in an L&D unit
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification
• Current ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
