We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team at the Mellow Yellow - Loveland - Preferably College Students. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, processing customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
