Responsibilities Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and adhering to customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment and comply with operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For Possesses excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
