Role Description

We are looking for experience in the following areas:

  • Seeking 2-3 years of retail or hospitality management experience leading a group of people.
  • Demonstrated excellent sales skills.
  • Comfortable driving for an extended period of time in a company vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to train. coach and motivate a team.
  • Increasing average transactions.
  • Increasing client base with new business development.
  • Working in the field on weekends and as needed.
  • Completing accurate weekly inventory counts.
  • Working with store partners to develop relationships.
  • Enhances the guest experience by driving and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for maintaining the dress code and appearance guidelines of all staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring equipment safety and site cleanliness.
  • Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, communicate and solve problems.

A few quick requirements:


  • Must have open availability to travel on weekends (both Saturday / Sunday required) and have the ability to adjust schedule as needed.
  • Seeking 2-3 years of management experience leading a group of people - preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Pass background check, drivers license check and drug test.
  • Budgeting/P&L experience.
  • Present professional appearance and positive conduct.
  • Punctuality and dependability a must!
  • Knowledge of basic sales practices and application while making recommendations to clients.
  • Basic accounting principles and cash handling experience.
  • Strong ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams to direct and lead company initiatives and goals.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision.
