A growing technology solutions provider is seeking a Project Manager to lead hardware deployment initiatives for major retail clients. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of technology installations such as POS systems, self-checkout units, mobile devices, and digital signage.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing projects involving third-party crews, technicians, or installers-especially in industries like construction, telecom, or retail technology. Familiarity with retail hardware or POS systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle project management including planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting. Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and client-facing documentation. Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project goals. Facilitate project kickoff meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout. Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Oversee project documentation, process development, and procedural compliance. Manage monthly invoicing and financial tracking for assigned projects. Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Fill in on active projects to support team members and ensure continuity. Travel locally (5-10%) with occasional national travel.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of project coordination or project management in a related industry experience Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred (experience may substitute) Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Chanhassen, MN (100% in-office) | Type: Contract-to-hire or direct hire (permanent role) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually
