Masterfully communicate our sales and promotions effectively to enhance the shopping experience. Capture customer emails to maximize our sales opportunities. Adhere to all company policies and perform any other duties as directed by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience preferred, but not required. Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to excellence. Pride in a job well done and a sense of ownership in store operations. Integrity, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Comfortable working in varying temperatures from 50 to 85 degrees. Using a computer for up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
