Experience in related fields is a plus. A passion for outdoor activities is essential for certain roles. Customer service experience and skills in problem-solving and communication are highly valued. Knowledge of inventory systems and the ability to work with POS equipment are preferred for cashiers. Key Responsibilities: Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Assist customers in navigating our extensive product offerings. Maintain an organized and clean store environment. Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals. Physical Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and continuously lift up to 10 pounds.
