Pay Rate: $22/hr. to $25/hr., based on experience
Department:
Boutique- Designer handbags, fine jewelry, trendy accessories with brands like Coach, LVMH, Marc Jacobs, Supreme, Essential, Alo, Swarovski and Pandora
What you’ll be doing
Active: On the floor about 85% of time
Sales: Assist, educate customers with jewelry, designer clothing and accessory buying decisions
Monitor: Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement
Train: Primary trainer for new and current sales associates
Kickoff: Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Right-hand: For Manager, e.g., minor people issues, merit review insights
What we want from you
Experience: 2+ years in a leadership role; preferably in jewelry/designer retail sales environment
Knowledge: Designer clothing and accessory brands, trends, product availability and value
Process: Be role model and leader of exceptional customer service
Connect: Positively engage team & interact with departments to implement sales promotions
Tech: Comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory control system technology
