Our Client, a Fashion Brand, is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Jonestown, PA! Pay is DOE.

This role is set to last 4 months with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews. Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions. Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures. Collaborate with local Recruiters, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 3 days per week. Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
