Position: Retail Supervisor

Location: Columbus, NE

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Shift: Varies (Flexible availability required)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Retail Supervisor to help lead our store team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, training staff, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting in the overall management of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with supervising daily store operations

Train and support retail staff

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns

Ensure proper merchandising and presentation of products

Help manage inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness

Support the store manager in meeting performance goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the public

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Valid driver’s license

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical stamina to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day

Flexible schedule with availability for varying shifts
