Position Summary

As the person who assists the Unit Manager oversee the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Food Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services management team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.
