Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the Medicare Center and guide them to the appropriate services. Schedule and coordinate sales consultation meetings. Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors. Collaborate with the Medicare Center Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide daily reports to the corporate office. Assist customers in person or via telephone, addressing inquiries and directing them to the right organizational resources. Create and maintain customer accounts in the CRM system. Set realistic expectations regarding wait times and available alternatives. Maintain inventory of sales materials, refreshments, and office supplies.
