Responsibilities Consistently deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations. Complete and utilize programs like Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders. Display an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions. Assist in merchandise set-ups, understand visual standards, and maintain the store as directed by management. Follow directions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.

General Requirements Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills. Availability for flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance as per retail policy.
