We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure our store operates at peak performance. The hourly rate ranges from $21.50 to $21.75, based on qualifications and experience. As the Store Manager, you will be in charge of maximizing sales and profitability while providing excellent guest services. Your responsibilities include managing shrink, overseeing merchandising, controlling inventory, staffing, and ensuring smooth setup, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store. Requirements: Minimum age of 21 Flexible schedule Prior retail management experience This position demands physical stamina, requiring 8+ hours of standing or walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
