The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities include training employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling customer inquiries, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
